PACER Consultants is a multi-disciplinary corporation established in 1950 by the late Professor Dr.Hassan Ismail. The firm renders a variety of consultancy services for engineering projects.
Mr. Rafeh Saleh obtained his MBA in international business. His profound knowledge of the telecom and information technology market, strategic planning, and business analysis skills are of great value to the firm.
Our shareholders include directors of construction, consulting, and investment companies.
